+### Track agent acknowledgements of performance evaluations
+
+You can capture and review agent acknowledgements of performance evaluations within Contact Lens. This helps you ensure that agents have reviewed evaluation feedback and understand performance expectations. Agents can acknowledge their review of performance evaluations within the Amazon Connect admin website, and add optional notes (for example, "reviewed and accepted feedback on being more empathetic towards angry customers"). Managers can then track agent acknowledgements, to confirm that agents are regularly reviewing the feedback on performance evaluations for improving their performance.
