Summary

Updated terminology from 'CIDR addresses'/'IP addresses' to 'Calling CIDR addresses'/'Calling IP addresses' and added new 'Messaging IP addresses' section with 20 specific IPs

Security assessment

Changes clarify allow-list requirements for different service components (calling vs messaging). While related to network security configuration, there's no evidence of addressing a specific vulnerability.
